Every great event has a circle behind it.

I've lost count of how many times I've landed in a new city, sometimes a new country, with an event to pull off and no idea where to even start looking for the people who'd make it happen.

A makeup artist who actually understands the look I'm going for. A DJ who can read a room. A photographer whose portfolio doesn't just look good, it looks like my kind of good. And every time, the same scramble: scrolling through Instagram hashtags, asking friends of friends, sliding into DMs and hoping for a reply, then crossing my fingers that the person who showed up matched the person in the portfolio.

Sometimes it worked out. Sometimes it didn't. And every time, I thought the same thing: this shouldn't be this hard.

Because here's the part that never made sense to me. The talent is out there. In every city, in every country, there are incredible creatives, makeup artists, DJs, photographers, planners, and more, who are exceptional at what they do. They're just not easy to find. Not because they're not good, but because there's never been one place that actually connects them to the people who need them, wherever those people happen to be.

That's the gap Folio Circle exists to close.
